Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in South Jordan, Herriman or Midvale UT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic and balance-related conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients on therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring care aligns with best practices and regulatory standards.
