Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Restoration Demolition Technician to assist with cleanup and demolition following fire, flood, or water damage. This role focuses on removing damaged materials and debris to prepare structures for restoration and rebuild. Responsibilities Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, and debris Perform demolition work after fire, flood, or water damage Load, haul, and dispose of debris safely and efficiently Set up containment areas to prevent dust and debris spread Use hand tools and basic power tools properly Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain clean and organized work areas Work as part of a team to meet project timelines Requirements Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs Comfortable working in damaged environments (dust, debris, odors) Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines Previous demolition or restoration experience preferred but not required Work Environment Residential and commercial job sites Exposure to dust, debris, and damaged materials Indoor and outdoor work More...
