Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $270000.00 - $280000.00
Role Overview Join a collaborative surgical services team in a not-for-profit, critical access environment where CRNAs practice independently and provide high-quality anesthesia care across a steady mix of orthopedic and general surgery cases. - Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesiologists on staff)
- Case mix: 85% orthopedics and 15% general surgery
- Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks required
- Flexible schedule
- Call: currently 1:6, trending to 1:8 once fully staffed
- Benefits: paid malpractice; medical/dental/vision; life & disability; retirement; and generous PTO
- Qualifications: active CRNA license; 3+ years preferred; comfort practicing independently including intubation without supervising physician present
