Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures by explaining processes and obtaining consents. Administer and monitor sedation during endoscopic procedures. Operate endoscopy equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all procedures adhere to hospital and health safety standards. Collaborate with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Document all patient care services and outcomes for medical records and comply with HIPAA regulations. Manage post-procedural care and provide detailed instructions to patients for at-home care.
