Administer medications and treatments to patients in accordance with healthcare plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, utilizing computer-based documentation systems. Assess patient care needs and develop nursing care plans. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants. Ensure compliance with all safety and work area standards.
