Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - PCU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work varied schedule with flexible timing /n• Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus /n• Provide comprehensive nursing care in progressive care unit setting /n• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies /n• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs /n• Formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team /n• Delegate appropriately and supervise healthcare team activities /n• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately and timely /n• Participate in patient and family education /n• May supervise staff and workflow as needed /n• Required certifications: Current valid RN license, BLS certification /n• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required /n• Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months /n• Bachelor's degree preferred /n• Professional certification preferred /n• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations /n/n Facility: /n This progressive care unit operates within a comprehensive medical center that provides high-quality patient care through evidence-based nursing practice.
