Job Description Providers must carry their own malpractice for this position Welcome to Children’s Health Center Children Rehabilitative Services At CHC you will find an all-inclusive environment to assist with pediatric medical needs. Our staff is dedicated to making healthcare as convenient as possible for families and is experienced with children with special needs and complex medical conditions. CHC CRS is the only multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC) in Northern Arizona. Our 20,000 square foot clinic is designed to provide the best patient outcomes possible. Our services include 12 different pediatric specialty services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, registered dietician, social work, audiology and full case management. In addition, we have several other services to assist with wheelchair, medical equipment and orthotics evaluation and dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy and dental screenings in partnership with Northern Arizona University. CHC has additional specialties to better serve our community. NAH-Inspire is a lifestyle treatment program specializing in treating pediatric obesity. And, our Safe Child advocacy program dedicated to provide comprehensive child abuse intervention services to children and families who have been victims of crim. Job Description: Physician will work with age groups of zero to 6 years old (up to 12 years old is desired) Provide developmental assessments and monitoring Evaluate and treat problem behaviors Diagnose and manage : Autism, ADHD Requirements: This position would require 3-5 days of coverage per month in person here in Flagstaff. Mileage to travel to and from the clinic, hotel stay and per diem while in clinic at CHC is also provided CHC is multidisciplinary pediatric clinic of medical subspecialists, therapists, RD’s, NP’s, RN’s, SW, child psychology, and support staff for NAZ children specializing in children with disabilities.
