Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of properties and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs. Respond to service requests and prioritize job duties accordingly. Record and maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair work. Follow all company guidelines regarding safety and compliance at the workplace. Communicate effectively with team members and management about timelines and expected completion of ongoing tasks. Assist in the installation of new equipment and system upgrades. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in handling mechanical and electrical repair tools. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Effective communication skills and ability to follow procedures. Basic computer skills for maintaining service records.
