The ideal candidate will exhibit compassion and a deep understanding of patient needs during their recovery, ensuring effective medication management and adherence to healthcare regulations. Assess patient health conditions and recommend appropriate medication treatment plans. Manage and maintain accurate patient medication records. Counsel patients and caregivers on medication management and therapy plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in pharmacy operations. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care. Stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical care and apply them to practice.
