Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate a multidisciplinary approach towards patient treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients’ status. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration measures. Administrate medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with care plans.
