The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing high-level technical skills with compassionate patient interaction, ensuring a safe and comforting experience for patients undergoing anesthesia. Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care before, during, and after surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. Monitor and adjusts patient's physiological condition as appropriate for type of anesthesia and specific patient's needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement patient care by performing preoperative evaluations and preparations. Educate patients and families on post-anesthesia care and potential side effects. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols. Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation as per compliance with healthcare regulations.
