Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. The RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas. The RN will float to each department as needed. Qualifications: Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program Licensure : RN License in the state of Arkansas or compact state Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association Preferred: 2 years of critical care experience Why Mercy?
