Job Title: Unit Supervisor Location: Milan, IL Duration:3 - 4 Months On W2 Contract Shift Information: Position is for 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm Training will be done 1st shift. OT will be required as needed. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position What Makes a Candidate Stand Out: Experience supervising or leading a team in a union environment Working knowledge of the Continuous Improvement Process (CI) and 5S methodology Experience with an incentive pay system such as CIPP (Continuous Improvement Pay Plan) and work measurement Experience using statistical tools and techniques for quality management Knowledge or work experience in project management Experience with capacity and Client planning Education: Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in (any discipline) Or 1 years equivalent work experience Other Information: Metatarsals required Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $32.00 - $36.00 per hour.
