Our team has built a great culture and we truly value our employees.Why join us?Competitive Salary $25-$33 an hour based on ExperienceThis is an Overnight Pitman Schedule Position (12 Hour Shifts)401(k) retirement planGenerous paid time off (vacation, sick, and holiday)Employee Assistance ProgramJob DetailsMaintain production equipment to maximize operating performance and assist with maintaining electrical spare parts' inventory levels Perform repairs on equipment to restore them to proper and safe work conditions Perform installation, set up, modification and relocation of equipment to accommodate or improve production requirements Read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance Ensure the production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown, or unsafe operating conditions and inform Maintenance Manager about changes in electric circuits and update original diagrams. Always follow LOCK OUT/ TAG OUT procedure on unsafe machines/machines being serviced. Adhere to work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance systems by filling in required forms and organize workplace to comply with housekeeping requirements. Perform preventative/predictive maintenance to all production equipment as required. Complete electrical and mechanical projects based on direction given from Maintenance Supervisor as required by government regulation. Demonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. Initiate and complete all other jobs, projects and special assignments as directed by Maintenance Supervisor Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, timers, types of switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls and valvesInterested in hearing more?
