Responsibilities:

Design, build, and troubleshoot electrical circuits to control test and process equipment with voltages ranging from 5 to 700 volts.
Collaborate with engineers on mechanical test systems involving engines, transmissions, and axles.
Work primarily on the shop floor (85% of the time) in a team environment, requiring strong collaboration skills.



Required Experience:

Proven experience in working with electrical circuits for test/process equipment.
Knowledge of codes related to diesel engines and after treatment systems.
Experience in assembling and investigating drivetrain components.



Desired Experience:

At least 2 years of experience with off-road equipment.
Understanding of drivetrain systems and ability to adapt and prioritize tasks.



Education:

A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience is required.



Additional Information:

Business casual dress code is mandatory.
Metatarsal protection is needed from the first day.
Position does not require travel.
Successful candidates may drive a Deere-owned Gator after completing necessary training.

Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.
Position will start onsite from the first day.



Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $35.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
