This facility is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3-4 Days Per Week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00a-4:00p
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Primary, Acute, and Chronic Care, Adults Only
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Must have an active Arizona state license
