Key Qualifications * Experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams, preferably within a business or sales setting. * Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service to Sylvan families. * Driven by the idea of helping as many students as possible Description As a leader in the center, you hire, coach, and develop the team as well as educate other personnel about our unique business services. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone, community events, or through in-store consultations. As a Sylvan Learning Center manager, you discover customer needs through initial inquiries and parent consultations. You generate new revenue by ensuring high quality programs are delivered while tracking your success with various metrics.
