Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Morgantown, West Virginia to hire Physical Therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in West Virginia
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,540 - $2,726 per week
• 21-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
