Cath Lab Tech Location: Fort Worth, TX Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $3,127 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position MUST POSSES RECENT CATH LAB AND IR EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO USE C-ARM 8-9 Cases per day Must HAVE: ARRT: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists WITH Certified Medical Radiologic Tech Texas Medical Board (TMB) license – WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER CERTIFICATION OTHER THAN ARRT W/TMB • Prepare the room for examination. • handle patients with IVs, oxygen, chest tubes, or other devices, and monitor patient during imaging. • demonstrate knowledge of emergency drugs and equipment therapy. • administer contrast media and other medications in accordance with medication administration guidelines. • process and manipulate images, analyzes image quality, troubleshoot, make technique adjustments, or repeat procedures as needed DAYS - 10hr: 7-5:30pm - call 8/9 days per month (call starts at 5:30p on weekdays and 24 hours on the weekends) AFTER HOURS CALL IS REQUIRED - Must be able to take STEMI call Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Basic EKG Exam Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Exam Cath Lab Tech Skills Checklist Core Exam - Allied/Non-Nursing Ishihara Colorvision Screening More...
