Infosys is seeking Adobe Commerce Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. At least 6 years of Information Technology experience Strong expertise in Magento 2, deep understanding of eCommerce architecture, and the ability to lead technical initiatives, solve complex problems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: ​​​​​ 5 years Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) development experience. Strong PHP 8, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Knockout.js, RequireJS). Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud and Cloud deployment pipelines. Proficiency with REST, GraphQL, SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of ElasticSearch, Varnish, Redis, RabbitMQ. Experience integrating payment gateways (PayPal, Auth.net etc.) Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: cart, checkout, promotions, catalog, inventory. Soft Skills Ability to lead technical discussions. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work in agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Strong expertise in Magento 2, deep understanding of eCommerce architecture, and the ability to lead technical initiatives, solve complex problems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)–based applications and custom modules. Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud and Cloud deployment pipelines Customize core Magento functionalities, product types, pricing rules, checkout, and order flows. Integrate Magento with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, SSO, OMS, and other 3rd‑party systems. Proficiency and Develop custom REST/GraphQL APIs and headless commerce integrations. Experience integrating payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Auth.net etc.) Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision‑making. Optimize performance at application, database, and infrastructure levels. Implement best practices for coding, caching, indexing, and security. Deployment & DevOps Manage deployment processes including CI/CD pipelines (Git). Handle environment setup, configuration, and release management. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
