Assess and diagnose individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Plan and provide treatment strategies and therapies for patients. Educate patients and families about communication techniques and strategies. Regularly document and report on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, and other therapists to provide holistic care. Conduct research on effective speech therapy techniques and contribute to professional knowledge bases. Proficiency in various speech therapy techniques and diagnostic tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
