Our Speech Pathologists are vital in crafting personalized treatment plans that uphold our commitment to exceptional care and patient recovery. Assess and diagnose patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Provide therapy in individual and group settings, and record patient progress. Educate family members or caregivers on patient communication techniques and strategies. Collaborate with other medical professionals to integrate speech therapy treatments with overall patient care plans. Maintain patient records and comply with all legal and ethical requirements. Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of speech and communication disorders. Ability to develop and modify individualized care plans Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
