Adjust therapy techniques based on patient response and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize care. Proven ability to follow and execute treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Demonstrated ability to instruct and manage patients in completing physical tasks. Basic knowledge of healthcare safety and infection control protocols.
