You will work in varied settings including inpatient, home health, and hospice environments. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the healing and improvement of patient lives through collaborative care planning and delivery. Assist Occupational Therapists in the evaluation and implementation of patient therapy programs. Monitor patient progress and record observations in patient files. Maintain therapy equipment and ensure all spaces meet hygiene and safety standards. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Adapt treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist as patient needs evolve. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
