HNI Healthcare and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician for a nocturnist role. Practicing physicians to be considered and encouraged to inquire regarding compensation expectations, a highly competitive opportunity. Program outline:

• Excellent salary compensation, incentive and signing bonuses

• 320 bed, Level III trauma center
• Rounding/admitting 6 pm - 6 am (12 hour shifts)
• Managing an average of 6-8 admits per night
• Flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule
• No procedures required
• Open ICU w/ 24 hour Pulmonary & Intensivist coverage support
