We are currently looking for an OBGYN to join our private practice in Sugar Land, TX. Join a well-established OB/GYN practice where we care about you and want a great work life balance for you and your family. Led by Dr. Nguyen-Tran and Dr. Phillips, with support from Dr. Aboulela, the practice has been part of the Privia Medical Group since 2015 and offers comprehensive OB/GYN services, including a Med Spa, imaging, and lab services. Position Details - Schedule: Flexible hours, M-Th 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, F 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. New physicians will have the opportunity to gradually build their patient base and set their own schedules once fully ramped up. Excellent work-life balance with opportunities to pick up family commitments.
- Patient Volume: Full day - 30 patients; modified day - 18-20 patients.
- Deliveries per Month: Varies by provider - averaging 12-13
- Call Schedule: Call shared with another group forweekend rotation (Fri 3:00 pm - Mon 7:00 am) managed with OB Hospitalist group. Weekday call (Mon-Thur 5:00 pm) Scope of Practice
- Patient Demographics: Low risk payer mix and patients yielding good balance of obstetrics & gynecologic care
- Procedural Skills Required: LEEP, D&C, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, IUD, Nexplanon insertions, robotics (training availableif not already trained with Proctors available)
- Support Staff: 1:1 medical assistant (MA) ratio, additional float MA, triage nurse, insurance verifier, office manager, and front desk support. Compensation and Benefits

- Partnership Opportunity: Eligible after year 2 with mutual agreement. Buy-in based on ancillary revenue from the previous year.
