- Great leaders in placeJob DetailsJob Details:We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Permanent Maintenance Manager for our Blown Film division in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be responsible for managing all repair, maintenance, and improvement operations within our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of blown film, polyethylene, extrusion, converting, electrical controls, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance operations for our blown film production lines, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize impact on production.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability of necessary materials for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets for maintenance operations, and ensure operations stay within budget.
- Stay current with latest technologies and best practices in blown film manufacturing, and recommend improvements to processes and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Qualifications:
