The primary role of the *Clinical Nursing Supervisor* is to provide and document Private Duty Nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual client.*Duties and Responsibilities:** Provide Safe, excellent, and healthy patient care using knowledge and skills in accordance with Reliant Health Care Groups policies and protocols, Registered Nurse Scope of Practice, and Nursing Practice standards* Appropriate and mindful delegation and direction to employed Nurses and healthcare professionals within the department* Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the infant, toddler, preschool, school age or adolescent patients immediate condition or needs within timeframe specified by client facilitys policies, procedures, or protocols.* Develops a plan of care that is individualized for the infant, toddler, preschool, school age or adolescent patients with collaboration of other members on the team* Ability to follow an emergency plan* Maintaining a safe home environment and appropriate use of equipment* Maintain and Support clients rights* Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and the patient.
