See below for information about a FQHC that I represent 30 minutes south of Dallas, TX! They are opening a new clinic in October and with this, need a permanent Family Medicine Physician to join their team. This is a faith-focused and patient-centric practice that would be a great fit for anyone looking for work/life balance in a rapidly growing community.
Practice Information: Settings: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Recruiting: Seeking a Family Medicine Physician (without OB) Locations: Ennis & Waxahachie, TX (Need help in Waxahachie) New Clinic, will be open in October Exam rooms: 12 total MD/DO: 1 Family Medicine Physician currently - Serving as Medical Director Support Staff: 2 NPs, 1 PA, LVN, Certified Nurse Midwife (only in women's health) Planning on doubling current staff once moving into new space. Currently hiring APPs APPs work 4 x 10 hour shifts Ages: Primarily Adults, in new clinic they will be able to support seeing Pediatric patients Census: On average, 18 patients on the schedule Scheduling: VERY Flexible with scheduling. Option of 5 x 8's or 4 x 10's. Willing to schedule earlier or later start times based on preference. Willing to consider 3 days per week for the right candidate EMR: Nextgen, working on moving to EPIC Offering: Base Salary: $220,000 Student Loan Forgiveness: HERSA approved site Insurance provided for employee: Health, Vision, Dental, etc 5 weeks of PTO (CME time included), 11 paid holidays $1,500 CME allowance Cost for State license, DEA, etc covered by practice Malpractice insurance coverageLocation: Located 30 miles south of Dallas, easy access to the city!
