Your Opportunity This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a NDE Task Lead Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBN Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. You will provide daily supervision and advanced technical support for a team of field leaders in Framatome's Nondestructive Examination services group. Scope of work typically includes planning and scheduling work, supervising workflow, and adherence to budget. You will supervise the execution of technical processes, reviews progress and updates management, as needed. Provides input to, or conducts, staff appraisals. Day-to-day activities will include interacting with NDE task leads to challenge, and assist, project readiness. This supervisor will facilitate project status meetings and aid in relaying necessary information to key support organizations. This position will be responsible for each task lead's development and growth, as well as ensuring the leads are staffed appropriately on seasonal projects. The planned travel requirement of this position is occasional/sporadic, with a maximum of 1 in-role deployment in the Spring and 1 in-role deployment in the Fall. What You've Accomplished You have completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree, have at least 8-10 years of technical experience, and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.
