Accounts Receivable Clerk - Up to $14/hr - Grand Prairie Texas

AppleOne is seeking to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist position in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area.



Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role.



Duties include:



- Following up on aging report, checking for short pays & skipped invoices

- Back-up for posting of daily deposits & credit card processing

- Making collection calls to clients, re-sending invoices when needed

- Depositing third party checks, as well as monthly reserve transfer.

- Research and resolve billing and invoice problems.

- Verify and close production work orders from warehouse.

- Apply ACH payments to client accounts.



Starting pay is $14/hr, with a yearly performance review and the possibility for a raise based on performance. Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.
