A Gator tomorrow.**Essential Responsibilities:*Schedule with families, plan activities and provide therapy services while following POC.* Record type of treatment and patient's reaction to treatment on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly.* Be supervised weekly and follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by your respective state board.* Perform in person and telehealth visits with company platform when necessary.*Qualifications:** COTA- A minimum of 2 yr.
