Location:Medical Center - Fort WorthDepartment:PharmacyShift:Varying Shifts (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services in theinpatient setting to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff. This is a 7 on/7 off evening position , primarily based in Emergency Medicine, with cross training to intensive care units to support patient care needs . Our Emergency Department is a 78 bed, level II trauma center with over 130,000 visits per year. We provide comprehensive, 24/7 pharmacy services through a team of clinical pharmacists, clinical technicians, and student pharmacists. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ACPE school of pharmacy
• PGY1 residency accredited by the American Society for Health-System Pharmacy or 2 years' commensurate pharmacist experience in a health-system.
• Current license or license eligible to practice as a registered pharmacist in Texas
• Texas pharmacy preceptor licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment
