- A defined path to partnership At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, our Internal Medicine Per Diem Physicians examine adult patients 18 and older to ensure proper care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of various medical conditions. They also request medically necessary tests, follow-up visits, and referrals to specialists.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8a - 5p to include new patients as well as corporate physicals.
- Participate in the Family Medicine Call single-call group. On-Call for the group is about once per month, either on a weekday or weekend day. The weekend day is shared with another physician. Call consists of answering phone calls from patients of physicians in the call group.
- Annual physicals and wellness exams.
- Preventive medicine. Qualifications

- Medical Degree (MD, DO)
- Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
- Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
