POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Program Manager in the implementation of the CDC-funded Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Blueprint for Adults and Youth (CoSPLAY) program for University Health. This position will provide outreach and assist Social Worker with risk reduction activities, recruiting and engaging clients in the CoSPLAY program. Provided by the Navigator, clients, ages 10-24 years old, will be assisted with access to mental health treatment and provided additional support services including evidenced-based strategies to address suicide risk. Navigator will attend required project meetings. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE This position requires a High School education or equivalent. Two years of experience in a related field involving population of focus. Must have a driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Effective communication skills required.
