Gemini is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Taylor, TX. The minimum starting pay is $21.38 per hour experience considered.A Day In the Life of a Maintenance TechnicianRepair and perform preventive maintenance duties as required and directed.Conduct periodic inspections of production equipment as required.Install or replace lighting fixtures, repairing electrical wiring when required.Maintain building and grounds in an appropriate condition, using personal judgment and discretion in so doing as required and directed.Install or assist in the installation of new equipment as required, making appropriate electrical, air and water connections and aligning equipment for production use.Follow standard safety procedures and use all approved safety devices and equipment.Check the condition of company vehicles and deliver to a commercial garage for required service work.Operate snow removal equipment as required; spreading sand in parking lot and on sidewalks as necessary.Maintain a positive working relationship with all department employees and leaders.Maintain assigned preventive maintenance schedules and provides input for new PMs for all production equipment.Perform construction and remodeling projects. building shelving, storage bins, or similar fixtures.Perform reasonable similar duties as assigned or required.Benefits:$0 Health Insurance Premium for Employee-Only Coverage (Plus low-cost premiums for other coverage levels!)4% Retirement Match with Profit SharingGenerous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday, Parental, Volunteer, and Sick)Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceGet Paid WeeklyUse of Company Owned Resort in Hayward, WITuition Reimbursement ProgramAbout Us:As a leader in the signage manufacturing industry, Gemini, Inc. has been providing stability to our employees since 1963.
