Fort Worth, TXDescription:Job Title: Staff AccountantJob Summary:Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements.Essential Job Functions:Assist the Controller in analyzing, operating expenses, vs. budgeted amounts. Assist the Controller in establishing and monitoring the adherence to annual expense budget. Receive and scan all customer checks to the proper bank account. Post checks to the correct customer account. Manage receivables and call on invoices over 30 days. Responsible for keeping a low DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and assist in the preparation of financial plan, budgets, forecasts, and projections. Prepare various journal entries for the general ledger system. Process credit card transactions, work on special projects as requested, process both deposit and final invoices through the Plex systems.
