We're dedicated to building long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and employees, and we believe in fulfilling commitments, serving others, and supporting families.HOW YOU CAN HELP US:As ABC's Irrigator for Landscape, you will be responsible for the professional completion of work assigned with customers' irrigation needs, delivering excellence in customer service. You may also be assigned other irrigation duties during projects.WHAT WE LOOK FOR:Tech License preferred - **Must be able to obtain Tech License within 90 days**Minimum 2 years of irrigation field experience required.Bi-lingual is preferred, but not required.General knowledge of irrigation system maintenance, repairs, and connection techniques.Must possess general knowledge of irrigation system maintenance, repairs, connection techniques.Must be able to communicate with team members about necessary timelines and installation process of irrigation timelines throughout the installation process to ensure meeting deadline.Dependability and self-motivation.Ability to work in potentially extreme temperatures and confined spaces.Ability to operate hand tools and possibly on occasion mid-level landscape heavy equipment.Handle overflow work for the Irrigation DivisionMust hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.Requirements:WHAT YOU'LL DO:Work directly with landscape department specialists to provide irrigation enhancements and new irrigation installations.Perform irrigation repairs, conversions, and installations of pipe, fittings, control wire, timers, and associated irrigation parts.Ensure proper installation of irrigation according to industry standards and company policies/procedures.Perform pre and post-landscape construction irrigation checks and provide detailed estimates for repairs and necessary changes.Answer client questions regarding their irrigation system and train customers on system use.Design and price new or expanded irrigation systems and repairs.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive compensation with training pay ranging from $19 to $24 per hour based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) with company matching.Paid vacation, sick leave, and participation in our Profit Sharing Plan.Additional compensation opportunities through our Lead Now Program.Company clubs, outings, and paid training and development opportunities.Tuition reimbursement and educational scholarships for employees and family members.Wellness program including a gym membership and a company vehicle with gas card.Join Our Dynamic Team:At ABC, we're more than just a company; we're a close-knit community dedicated to service and excellence.
