Manage resourcesPerform PRN Assessments: falls risk, skin integrity, chokingReview IPP schedule, submit assessments 2 weeks prior to IPPReview follow-up appointments on calendarFile health care documentsReview medication storage- cleanliness, organization, no out-of-date drugsReview narcotics count sheetsOrder medications that only have 7 days remainingBi-weekly orientation training as scheduledComplete Monthly nursing summary. Do Monthly reconciliationReview Med exchange at assigned locationsDevelop a Medication Support plan.
