This involves acting as the primary liaison and customer representative, coordinating implementation and training, and addressing any issues that arise during the solution's life cycle. The group offers on-site advisory support, tailored customer training, and acts as an advisor on customer issues, driving efficiencies and optimization. Additionally, they identify opportunities for new system consumables to contribute to increased sales revenue. With advanced knowledge in specific areas and equipment, the group independently analyzes and resolves customer questions and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher levels. They also take on project management responsibilities and actively engage in marketing or product development initiatives, all while maintaining and improving the quality system.In summary, the Roche Support Network group is responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing clinical application of Roche solutions.
