Work as a team leaderAssist with completing service requestsAssist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely mannerMust be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate scheduleMust provide own tools and have reliable transportationAssist with various projects as assigned by Property ManagerBilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not requiredWorking Environment for the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
