The position requires team leadership, technical acumen, disciplined project management, and financial rigor. This role requires cross-functional partnership with sales, product, and various operational teams to successfully deliver services to end customers.Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the Service Delivery department with a primary focus on technical project management within the telecommunications sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of telecom services to clients.
- Provide leadership in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and synergy among different departments.
- Drive the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for escalated issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments of project performance and implement improvements to optimize service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align service delivery goals with overall business objectives.
