Duties:
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders; serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care; ensuring the safety and well-being of each patient.
Skills:
1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience
Education:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid State LPN License.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE LPN JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Each candidate must have at least two years' experience in nursing in an acute or long-term care settingEach candidate will work a rotating scheduleand be asked to work three weekends a month and have 2 days off during the week dependent upon scheduling.Each candidate will need to have an American Heart Association CPR Card6-12 months of recent (within the last year) supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home settingLicensed Practical Nursing degree from an accredited institutionCurrent CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire)Current Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license
