Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Impact: Lead integrated project teams, manage customer relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact from project inception to completion. Your leadership will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Program/Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply key program management techniques, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial management. Drive excellence in project execution. Accountable for program/project deliverables.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within the organization. Participate in all areas requiring resolution, whether with other departments, organizations, or suppliers, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Career Advancement: We're committed to your professional development. Grow with us as we tackle exciting challenges in the defense industry. Qualifications We're Looking For:
    • Bachelor's degree required, with preference in a technical discipline.
    • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated successful project execution experience in a technical field; marine and/or digital product development experience preferred.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively, provide feedback for performance coaching, and balance workloads.
    • Excellent problem-solving ability with a resilient attitude to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Proficiency in financial data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
    • Able to make decisions within a dynamic environment.
    • Highly motivated, self-determined, and adaptable with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
