This is a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities: -
Lead the entire incident management process and coordination of participating teams, from detection to resolution, including Major Incident response -
Ensure the appropriate communications are sent to IT and business leadership, keeping them advised of the incident and business impact; post incident collaboration with business and technical leadership around measures to prevent recurrence and increase availability -
Assess and identify opportunities in current incident management process to reduce false positives from monitoring alerts, balancing auto-ticketing, auto-resolution and manual intervention -
Identify opportunities for automated incident resolution, assess financial viability/impact and participate in the development and testing of solutions -
Drive IT Service Management requirements to the ServiceNow platform team around feature/functionality enhancements to more quickly identify user/business impact associated with Incidents and Changes, as well as improve the risk assessment for IT Change Approvals -
Resolve complex problems with little or no guidance; research and promote specialized technical solutions independently Qualifications: |
