  VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Consultant to join our dynamic SAP Business ByDesign Team as an SAP Business ByDesign Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate will support the ByDesign team and provide clients with SAP ByDesign Financial consulting services during implementation.

  • You have strong client engagement abilities. What will you be doing?
    • Provide consulting services during implementation. This includes but is not limited to:
      • Scoping / Blueprinting
      • Configuring the system
      • Training new users
      • Testing
      • Providing cutover assistance
      • Data transfer
      • Minor report configuration
      • Supporting client issues
        • Provide best practice financial advice to clients during implementations.
        • Daily communications with end users to discuss system requests and system issues.
        • Update various internal applications for project updates, task updates and timesheet entries.
        • Management of individual workload. Ability to self-manage and initiate work whether internal or external.
        • Ability to understand project methodology and communicate requirements to work colleagues and clients.
        • Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to identify roadblocks and communicate with the client.
        • Focus on improving our clients experience every day. What experience do you need?
          • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
            • A minimum of 8-10 years of SAP experience in Treasury, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and legal reporting.
            • SAP Business ByDesign Implementation Consultant Certification
              • Certified in ByDesign or attended the GLX training, a strong asset.
              • Good project management background
                • Must have a proven track record of successful SAP Business ByDesign or other related ERP systems implementations, specializing in financial process analysis and implementation for mid-size and large customers.
                • Experienced in upgrades, enhancement projects and new system implementations for ERP solutions.
                • Experienced in managing individual workloads on time and within budget.
                • A minimum of 8-10 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation as well as in support
                • Professional Services experience is an asset.
                • Understanding of accounting business processes.
                  • Must have good knowledge of accounting software SAP B1, BYD, S4 or other ERPs.
                  • The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
                  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately.
                  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
