knowledge of Intelligence Oversight, the Privacy Act, and familiarity with civil liberty concerns as they relate to management of Insider Threat programs3Mastery knowledge of enterprise Architecture, software/hardware/network management and lifecycles, cybersecurity, IA, LE/CI principles, policies, products, and services, data sources, and threat assessment tools, techniques, and methodologies enabling technical and operational solutions to assess risk factors4Comprehensive knowledge of Insider Threat principles, policies, products, and services to enable technical and operational solutions to assess risk factors, supporting mitigation procedures and processes to neutralize the insider threatThis will include working knowledge of holistically analyzing and evaluating a threat using data sources that include, but are not limited to those containing HR, medical, psychological, and cyber information5Comprehensive skills in oral communications to present sensitive information and/or recommendations on complex matters to higher authorities; skilled in written communications sufficient to develop internal procedures and directives dealing with complex issues, organize ideas and present findings in a logical manner, and to prepare material complicated by short deadlines and limited information6Ability to lead strategic planning efforts;
