--Oak Farms Dairy has immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned.--Oak Farms Dairy--is a part of Dairy Farmers of America.--DFA manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands.--Our fingerprints touch thousands of brands across the marketplace, and we're passionate about delivering the simple pleasures of dairy--from our farmer family owners--to people everywhere.--Job Description:--Performs any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product.Responsible for frequently pulling and stacking product based on daily orders.--Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation.--Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.--Responsible for frequently documenting and reporting; Completing production and quality logs.-- --Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.--Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.-- --Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.--The employee will be required to use all personal protective equipment provided by the company in compliance with OSHA regulations.--Learn and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.--Follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures and report any deficiencies.--Performs other duties as assigned.--Pay Rate:-- -- -- --$17.30/hr--Benefits:401(k) with company contributionPaid vacation and holidaysCareer growth opportunities - we promote from within!Comprehensive healthcare benefits - health, dental and visionService recognition and employee rewardsEmployee referral program-- More...
