To Increase Interview Success- The Candidate will have:
--- Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor in a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent role.
--- Experience with New Healthcare Construction for Hospital, Medical Clinic, MOB, ER, etc. (Preferred)
--- Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management, Civil Engineering or similar degree) (Preferred)
--- Must have experience on commercial construction projects (Healthcare Preferred)
--- Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)
--- Experience working with large project teams (Preferred)

Overview:

The Assistant Superintendent helps with all project site responsibility with regards to safety & overall quality execution. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors and individual trades to ensure contract compliance for all (commercial/healthcare - medical) projects. Serves as full time onsite-manager for the company and maintains open and clear communication with subcontractors, owners, facility, and construction team.

  • Ability to relocate to San Antonio TX area & be open to Travel to other sites around the US.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and renovation of healthcare or medical structures (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models Competitive Compensation Package
    --- Salary Range (DOE) up to $100k for Assistant Superintendent
