We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to contribute to the well-being of children and families facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. - Requirements: - Master's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university
- Minimum of two years' experience working with youth and families dealing with developmental, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties
- Applicable state clinical licensure required (Licensed Master Psychologist (LMLP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Valid driver's license and adherence to agency underwriting standardsResponsibilities: -As a Family Preservation Therapist Supervisor, you'll work with a team to collaborate with Case Managers to ensure the safe and thriving development of children within their home environments. You will conduct/oversee comprehensive assessments, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and provide guidance in teaching essential life skills, including emotion regulation, fostering healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families. Working seamlessly within our dedicated team, you will not only engage in resourceful planning and advocacy but will also receive specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Motivational Interviewing, and Parent-Child Interactive Treatment. This training equips you with the latest and most effective approaches, enhancing your ability to address the unique needs of the families we serve.
